The Chemsex Specialist Course is an advanced professional training designed to give clinicians the knowledge, language, and practical skills needed to work effectively with chemsex and sexualized drug use. The course explores the intersection of substance use, sexuality, arousal, intimacy, trauma, shame, identity, and connection, while providing practical frameworks for assessment, harm reduction, treatment planning, relapse prevention, and sexual integration.

Grounded in sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally responsive care, the training helps clinicians distinguish between sexual difference, sexual risk, compulsivity, and behaviors that may require clinical intervention—without automatically pathologizing sexuality. Participants leave with tools they can immediately integrate into their clinical practice.
